Members of the Walking Basketball 60+ (WB60+) team from the Municipal Senior Centres of Keratsini–Drapetsona attended a Greek League basketball game between Olympiacos and AEK at the Peace and Friendship Stadium, accompanied by their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

The visit was part of the parallel activities of the Walking Basketball 60+ program and offered participants the opportunity to share a live sports experience with younger generations of their families, strengthening intergenerational connection while engaging with the broader basketball community.
The visit was organised with the support of Olympiacos B.C., who also invited the WB60+ team onto the court during halftime, where they were introduced to the audience and showcased their shooting skills.
Walking Basketball 60+ is designed and implemented by COMM’ON non profit, with the support of the Hellenic Basketball Coaches Association (SEPK) and the Municipality of Keratsini–Drapetsona.
The first pilot cycle is taking place in Keratsini, running from October 2025 to May 2026. All participants—women and men aged 60 to 85—are members of the nine municipal senior centres. The project is supported by the TIMA Charitable Foundation as part of the Points of Support programme, co-funded by ten philanthropic organisations.
