SUPPORTING THE TOOLBOX COMMUNITY
We are an international self-organized partnership and hosts of a community of practitioners who continuously improves and further develops the methods & tools of the Toolbox on a voluntary basis. In parallel, our team organize workshops and trainings in order to engage and support others to use the Toolbox.
The Civil Society Toolbox is a DIY toolkit that can be used by any team without the support of an external facilitator. In the case where a team needs external support, our team offers facilitating servises uppon request.
how can a team work
with the toolbox
There are different ways to work with this Toolbox.
Use what you need!
You can implement a tailor-made workshop to address and solve your capacity building need. These workshops are called “Paths”. Each Path outlines a recommended sequence of activities, discussions, and exercises to guide you through a fruitful development process, all of which can be adjusted to your team’s specific needs. Most Paths assume that you will invest a day to work on a theme. You can also create your own Path from the Toolbox Library or try out individual methods one at a time.
